Pseudopanax Gecko Gold has broad and rounded leaves which are green with splashes of bright yellow. The foliage is lush and held reasonably densely on this evergreen .It grows to 1.5 m tall and 1 m wide and prefers a well drained site in full sun. It will have a more open and spreading habit in partial shade. It is tolerant of winds ,coastal environments ,dry periods ,and frost once established.
