SOPHORA PROSTRATA

Grows as a small shrub with a tangle of divaricating branches. The leaves are very small and grey green in colour.  The branches and stems are golden and feature through the foliage.  Small typical flowers are held inverted to other Sophora. A New Zealand native which is evergreen and frost  hardy to -5°C.
