WISTERIA FLORIBUNDA ‘HARLEQUIN’

(W. floribunda ‘Kushibeni’ selection). This typical Japanese Wisteria flowers in mid
season as the young foliage emerges. All features of the plant are accentuated by
the darker colouring of the leaf, leaf mid-ribs, stems and blooms. The flower wings
and keel are darkish purple while the standard is contrasting pale mauve with a small
yellow blotch. Flowers are large clusters of medium length racemes.
