TERMS

Freight and packaging

Freight and packing are not included in the price. Freight is the responsibility of the purchaser. The company accepts no responsibility for any damage which may occur during or after delivery of the goods.

Exclusion

All warranties, descriptions, conditions as to fitness or suitability for any purpose, tolerance to any conditions, merchantability or otherwise and whether expressed or implied by law or trade custom are expressly excluded. 

Payment

Payment is by 20th of following month of delivery. Plants remain the property of Liner Plants NZ 1993 Ltd until fully paid for.

Interest

Interest of 2% per month is liable to be charged on overdue accounts.

Claims & credits

Claims and credits will be received no later than 7 days after delivery date.

Debt collection

Cost of debt collection will be added to the cost of amount owing.

Price

Prices listed are GST exclusive and are based on rates and conditions ruling at the date of supply unless otherwise specified in writing.

Force majeure

We will not be liable if, due to an event of force majeure (which terms shall include bad weather) we are unable to provide the plants ordered.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the plants sold.

Tubes and Trays

There is no initial charge for tubes and trays, but you are responsible for returning tubes and trays. Trays and tubes not returned will be charged at $9.00 per tray.
